All equipment and specific treatments are installed in the patient's home between 24 hours and 3 days following the request, depending on the required equipment.

A 24-hour, 365-day-a-year customer care hotline provides guaranteed personal attention and a quality service.
Home Oxygen Therapy
What is it?
Supplemental oxygen treatment is what we call Oxygen therapy. It is frequently used on patients with chronic lung disease who receive this treatment at home. Home oxygen therapy treatment is used primarily in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

Oxygen therapy is defined as "a therapeutic mode through which the partial pressure of oxygen is increased in arterial blood, through an increase in the concentration or pressure of oxygen in inhaled air".

What do we offer?
Oxygen therapy treatment is almost always provided in the patient's home and is given through oxygen concentrators, oxygen gas cylinders or liquid oxygen systems.

Mechanical ventilation
What is it?
Mechanical ventilation (MV) is defined as a temporary replacement procedure of the normal respiratory function and is used in situations where this, for various reasons, does not meet its own physiological objectives, and this procedure is carried out through mechanical ventilators.

Mechanical ventilation is the most common treatment for patients with acute respiratory failure and is mainly indicated in both adult and paediatric intensive care units.

What do we offer?
Currently non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is used (NPPV), which is a ventilator method delivered via a mask (nose or face) or nozzle, rather than traditional invasive systems, such as intubation or tracheotomy.
Sleep apnea syndrome
What is it?
Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS) is caused by the complete obstruction to the passage of air into the patient's upper airway during certain phases of sleep. The obstruction caused by muscle relaxation in the upper airway is recovered only when the patient wakes up. The obstruction-choking-awakening cycle can repeat hundreds of times a night preventing the individual from resting.

The most common symptoms include excessive daytime sleepiness, irritability, loud snoring and morning headaches. These patients are at a greater risk of being involved in traffic and workplace accidents due to lack of sleep.
Its relationship has recently been demonstrated with cardiovascular events such as CVA (cerebrovascular accidents) and hypertensive crisis, among other things.

What do we offer?
Sleep apnea is easily treated. The most common way is through continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy. Additionally, applying CPAP has proven beneficial effects beyond those purely related to respiratory conditions. For example: it lowers blood pressure in hypertensive patients and with sleep apnea it may improve the wellbeing of patients undergoing chemotherapy or who have suffered cerebrovascular accidents.

Our company is committed to working on developing clinical evidence to support published data and work together with opinion leaders, scientific societies and patient organisations to meet unfulfilled needs.

Infant sleep apnea syndrome and child home monitoring
What is it?
Apnea, or cessation of breathing, is very common in newborns and in children between 2 and 6 years old. Untreated Infant sleep apnea can become complicated in cases of pulmonary hypertension, hypertension, arrhythmias and even sudden death. In most cases, these short apneas are unimportant, but some babies require special supervision, in case they develop Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

What do we offer?
We supply monitoring equipment in patients' homes after obtaining the specialist’s prescription within 24 hours.
Aerosol therapy: inhalation therapy
What is it?
Aerosol therapy is the administration of drugs in aerosol form by inhalation, in order to obtain drug concentrations in the respiratory tract. Aimed at patients with cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis and those with difficulty inhaling correctly such as the elderly. The main advantage of aerosol therapy over other modes of drug delivery is that the drug comes into direct contact with respiratory tract areas that need their action. Thus, a rapid drug effect is achieved with lower drug doses and minimising side effects.

What do we offer?
We have a wide range of equipment and nebulizers to be able to carry out home treatment with complete assurance. The most appropriate choice will be decided by the professional and depends on the location of the respiratory illness, the drugs to be administered, the duration of the therapy and the frequency and duration of each aerosol therapy session.
Suctioning
What is it?
Suctioning is eliminating respiratory mucus retained through vacuum equipment specially designed for this purpose. By eliminating the secretions produced it manages to maintain the patency of the airway to facilitate pulmonary gas exchange and prevent pneumonia caused by their accumulation.
A large group of patients with respiratory diseases may benefit from this type of treatment at home (tracheotomised, neuromuscular disorders, disabilities, or those with pulmonary oedema or cystic fibrosis).

What do we offer?
There is evidence that home use of suctioning can often avoid hospital admissions resulting from the obstructions created by the accumulation of mucus, thereby providing a significant improvement in the quality of life of patients. Therefore, we offer the necessary equipment so such removal takes place with complete comfort for the user.
Mechanical mucociliary clearance system
What is it?
The home mechanical mucociliary clearance system is aimed at people who are sick with retained secretions, and the home mechanical system of removal of bronchial secretions, at patients with insufficient coughing capacity to eliminate bronchial secretions.

What do we offer?
The home mechanical mucociliary clearance system is a technique intended to perform respiratory rehabilitation to children and adults with retention of secretions.
Pulse oximetry
What is it?
This is a non-invasive measurement of oxygen carried by haemoglobin inside the blood vessels and is performed with a device called a pulse oximeter or saturometer.

What do we offer?
Pulse oximetry ensures an effective surveillance system for patients with transient or chronic episodes of desaturation.
